The road to buying my new home was a long one. The search lasted approximately 7 months. I was picky about what it had to look like and was on a tight budget. Not exactly a winning combination! Jason was patient with me and made it clear that his main goal was to find me a place I truly loved. We must have seen over a hundred places. He quickly learned what I was looking for and would often know as soon as we walked in that I wouldn't be interested (and he was always right). Jason helped me find several condos I was interested in. I was outbid on three different properties. I had another fall through right before we should have closed. And through it all he was always positive and supportive. One night, while going through one of his daily emails to me, I saw what I knew had to be my home. In less than 12 hours, Jason managed to convince the sellers agent to get me in for a showing before I went out of town that day. With his expertise, he helped me put together an offer that they couldn't refuse! Buying a home is an exciting process. No one tells you that it can also be a very anxious and emotional time. Jason cared as much about finding me the perfect home as I did. He always had my best interests in mind and went above and beyond. I would recommend Jason in a heartbeat. And when I'm ready to move on, buy a bigger place and rent this condo out...he will be the first person I call.
